Real-time answers for sales calls.

Offhand hands you the next move while the prospect is still talking.

Example: on a video call, Julia says “Honestly, I like it. My only worry is the price. We just froze all new software spend.” Before she finishes, Offhand shows the rep: You’re pitching too early. Ask what the two lost renewals cost her first.

  1. Offhand listens with you.

Both sides of the call, through your computer’s audio.

  2. Your next move lands before she finishes.

It’s on screen while she’s still talking. You never click or type.

  3. Offhand remembers the whole call.

Julia mentioned two lost renewals earlier. Offhand works them into your next move.

  4. Offhand drafts the follow‑up email.

The call notes go into HubSpot too.

Offhand catches what you miss.

A sales call with Julia, who listens while the rep talks. At 6:40 the rep says “…and every account rolls up into one dashboard, the alerts go out each morning, and you can also set up” Offhand’s card says: You’ve talked for four minutes straight. Ask Julia what she thinks so far. At 12:15 the rep says “Got it. So, moving on to reporting. The dashboards show you” Offhand’s card says: She’s mentioned support three times. Ask what slow replies cost her team. At 18:02 the rep says “Great question. Anyway, let me show you the pricing page.” Offhand’s card says: You skipped her question. Go back and tell her how setup works.

Offhand helps mid-sentence. Note-takers help after.

Note-takersAfter you hang up

Julia says “My only worry is the price.” Offhand’s card is on the rep’s screen before she says “price.” A note-taker’s summary arrives after the call ends.

Offhand remembers what they told you.

Every answer uses the call so far, your CRM and your playbook.

Sales playbook

Budget freeze

Most freezes still approve anything that protects revenue.

We lost two renewals last quarter.

Offhandnow

Most freezes still allow spend that protects revenue. If this saved one renewal like the two you lost, would it qualify?

Example: your pricing playbook says most freezes still approve anything that protects revenue, and twelve minutes earlier Julia said they lost two renewals last quarter. Offhand’s card puts both into one answer.

Only you can see Offhand.

A sales rep on a video call, seen from over the shoulder. Offhand’s card is on his laptop’s screen.
  • No bot joins the call.

  • Your screen share never shows Offhand.

Works with the tools you already sell on.

Offhand listens through your computer, so any call app or dialer works.

Questions

Will the prospect know I’m using Offhand?

No. Nothing joins the call, nothing changes on their side, and the card stays hidden when you share your screen. If your company or local law requires telling people a call is transcribed, do that as you normally would.

Will Offhand distract me on the call?

Offhand shows one short line at a time, in the corner where notifications go. You glance at it the way you’d glance at your notes, and you never click or type.

Does Offhand work with my dialer?

If your dialer runs on your computer, yes. Offhand listens to your computer’s audio, so Aircall, Dialpad, RingCentral, JustCall, Orum, Nooks and other softphones work the same way Zoom does.

Does Offhand work on Windows?

Yes. Offhand launches on Mac and Windows.

How is Offhand different from a note-taker?

Note-takers help after the call, with summaries and coaching. Offhand helps during it: your next line is on screen before the prospect finishes. They do different jobs, so keep both.

How is Offhand different from other live assistants?

Most wait for a keyword or for you to ask. Offhand predicts where the sentence is going and remembers your earlier calls with the account, so the card is ready before the question is finished.

Is my data safe?

Today we only hold your email and any answers you give us, and we don’t sell or share them. Before Offhand hears a single call, we’ll publish exactly what Offhand keeps, where and for how long. Read the privacy notice.

What does Offhand cost, and when do I get access?

We haven’t set prices yet, and joining the list is free. We’ll email you when your spot opens.

Be ready for your next call.
